Son of a Sailor curates a mix of our own studio-made goods and other design-forward brands we love. If you’re interested in submitting your product for consideration, you’ve come to the right place. Please read the information below before reaching out so we can review your submission efficiently.
Frequently Asked Questions
We’re always excited to learn about new makers and products, but we do have a few guidelines to keep things smooth:
- Samples: Do not send products that need to be returned without express preauthorization. Samples that do not need to be returned can be mailed to our studio:

-Minimum order requirements
-Item options explained clearly
-Wholesale and retail pricing
We are open to makers that create custom work, but we need to see what standard options and prices look like with your body of work.
- Current Stockists: Please let us know where else your work is currently available in our area, including other shops or galleries.
- Review Process: All submissions will be reviewed. If we’re interested, we’ll reach out when it comes time to buy. While we try to respond to every submission, please understand that we may not always be able to.
