The Lucille earrings are named for American actress, comedian, film-studio executive and producer, Lucille Ball. She graced the Broadway and the small screen with her self-titled show, I Love Lucy, for which she was nominated for 13 Emmys. She was the first woman to run a major television studio, Desilu Productions.
